PackEasy Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the PackEasy app, you agree to these Terms of Use. We may update these terms periodically; the latest version is accessible via a link within the app.
2. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
PackEasy offers optional in-app purchases (tips) and subscription services for pro features:
- Tips: One-time purchases to support the app.
- Subscriptions: Monthly and annual plans.
Subscriptions automatically renew monthly or annually unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You may manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings.
All purchases and subscriptions are handled securely via Apple’s App Store. Refund requests must be made through Apple’s refund portal.
3. User Responsibilities
When using PackEasy, you agree not to:
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or alter the app’s software.
- Redistribute or reproduce any app content without permission.
- Use the app for unlawful or prohibited purposes.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, graphics, and software within PackEasy are owned by or licensed to The Easy Company, including AI-generated elements. You may not use or distribute any app content without express written permission.
5. Liability and Warranty Disclaimer
PackEasy is provided "as-is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of packing recommendations or any app content. Use PackEasy at your sole risk. The Easy Company is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Viet Nam. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Viet Nam courts.
